At Bayou Mats we provide mats utilized across South Louisiana's oil and gas, pipeline, utility, and heavy civil contractors.
We provide timber mats, crane mats, and laminated mats all under one roof. We pride ourselves on our knowledge and expertise of the Gulf Coast's sloshy grounds and use it to provide your site with the right mat for the job.

Timber Mats

Solid oak timbers, twelve inches full-depth, in 4' x 20' and 5' x 8'. The go-to mat for excavators, pipeline crews, and heavy soft-ground access. Heavy, rugged, and built to take punishment.

Crane Mats

8' x 16' oak crane mats: full 2" x 8" oak through-bolted into one solid deck. A wide, stable base that spreads outrigger and track loads for heavy lifts on soft ground.

Laminated Mats

Three-ply hardwood for temporary roads and swamp crossings. Built for rubber-tired equipment on long access runs.
