Our 8x16 crane mat: twenty 16-foot and sixteen 8-foot lengths of 2"x8" oak, through-bolted into a single 8' x 16' deck. That wide footprint spreads outrigger and track loads so the machine stays level and the ground stays intact. This mat works as one solid unit instead of loose boards under load.
